MySpace is the top ranked social networking site for teenagers and it's an online community where young people can meet up to interact, socialize, and talk about their hopes, fears, goals and dreams. It's easy to meet new friends at this site, as well as to reconnect with old friends and to find potential dates. However, the layout at MySpace has often been compared to a teenager’s bedroom- in other words, messy, unruly and not in good order.

A social networking site is designed to be a platform for personal expression and a way to share information with others on a personal basis as opposed to a professional basis and the layout of the site reflects this. For that reason, if you find the layout tricky, you can simplify it for yourself simply by creating a web page that is very basic. Stick with what the MySpace template offers and do not worry about the rest unless you wish for a more arresting look to your web page.
Be aware that browser problems will arise due to layout issues the less you have on your web pages. For example, did you know that a web page that has little if any content on it is capable of generating 200 errors if not more? It’s really true. Keep this in mind when you go about the task of setting up your MySpace pages.
